1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Used clothing or washed garments
- Opened baby or child-care products
- Toys with broken seals or missing parts caused by customer misuse
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Gift cards
3. Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
- Be free from stains, perfume, odors, or damage
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include invoice or proof of purchase
Modern vaults reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos
- Reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned items.

Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2–5 business days after receiving the item
- Refund processing: 5-10business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by modern vaults.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective items
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
- Re-shipping charges must be paid for a new delivery attempt
9. Fraud & Abuse
Modern vaults reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns from customers showing excessive return behavior
- Reject fraudulent claims
- Suspend accounts involved in abuse or scams
Shipping Policy

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Local orders: 3-8business days
- International orders:10-15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, or high demand.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Free shipping promotions may apply on selected orders.
4. Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Modern vaults is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to customer-provided wrong information
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost:
- Contact customer support within 7 days of expected delivery

7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
8. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
